# Calendar and attendance

> Schedule practices and meets, then record who was there.

# Calendar and attendance

Use the team calendar for practices and meet dates. It gives the coaching staff a shared view of what the team is doing next.

## Schedule the work

Create practices and meets from the calendar or their dedicated areas. A meet can later receive its event file, entries, and results without being recreated.

## Take attendance

Open **Calendar → Attendance** to record who attended a session. Attendance is attached to the team and helps the coaching staff understand recent participation alongside the roster and workouts.

## Calendar sync

Use the calendar sync panel to connect an external calendar when your team needs it. Follow the provider’s authorization flow, then confirm the right calendar is selected before relying on the sync.
