Get started with Lane4 HQ

After creating an account, Lane4 HQ guides you through creating your first team. Choose the team type carefully: club and high-school teams have different roster fields and meet rules.

Create your team

  1. Sign up or sign in.
  2. Enter the team name and select its type.
  3. Complete onboarding to open the team dashboard.
You can belong to more than one team. Use the team switcher in the sidebar to move between them without signing out.

Set up the roster

Add swimmers and coaches, create groups, or import a roster file.

Invite your coaching staff

Add members from Settings → Members and assign the appropriate role.

Add the next meet or practice

Build your calendar as you work—there is no need to enter a full season before using the app.
Keep club and high-school teams separate. Their roster data, meets, and progression remain tied to the selected team.
